An NGC team visited Tameer Associates’ Lalian site to inspect the glazing and verify the specified Low-E glass as part of the project’s energy-efficiency requirements under NEECA ECBC-2023.
The visit included checks using glass-testing equipment and a review of the glazing with the site team. These checks form part of our approach to carrying project specifications through to the materials used on site.
Work also continues across the residential colony and allied infrastructure. The latest photographs show ceiling and interior finishing, building exteriors and elevated views of the wider development.
